

Dr. Lantzman is a fourth-generation Pittsburger. He did his
undergraduate work at Colby College in Maine. After that he returned to
Pittsburgh for medical school at the University of Pittsburgh. He
completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Kaiser
Permanente in San Francisco. After graduating, he moved to Anchorage
Alaska to work with the Alaska native population at the Southcentral Foundation
where he served as chief medical infomatics officer for the Women's Health
division. He was also the state medical director for Planned Parenthood
during that time. In 2015, he returned back to Pittsburgh to join
the Allegheny health network. He developed the family
planning division and the Ryan residency training program and serves as
the co-director of both. He also serves as the Women's Health lead for
the Center for Inclusion Health working on programs to serve the LQBTQ
community, women who are homeless, and pregnant women who have OUD.
